We offer the following delivery options:

2nd Class UK Royal Mail Delivery £0.99 delivery usually in 3-7 days
Free when you spend over £75 on goods in a single transaction.

-1st class Royal Mail £1.95 delivery usually in 1-5 working days. Free when you spend over £75 on goods in a single transaction.

-1st class Royal Mail recorded royal mail £2.95 Priority packing & dispatch on 1st class Royal Mail recorded delivery. Delivery usually in 1-2 working days

-Express delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery £7.95 Priority packing & dispatch by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Next business day delivery before 1pm if ordered before 4pm. If ordered over a weekend delivery will be Tuesday before 1pm. Signature required on delivery

-UK Mainland Courier Delivery £9.95 Priority Packing & Dispatch by UK Courier. Recommended for large orders. Delivery in 1-2 business days

-International delivery by Airsure £12.99 Priority packing & dispatch on Royal Mail Airsure insured & recorded express international delivery

This is not a guarantee of next working day delivery, please allow between 1 and 5 working days for delivery.

Please note ~ Most of our larger packs require a signature at delivery.
Larger orders may be upgraded to courier or special delivery.

Orders not received within 7 days should be notified by e-mail to customer services with details of your basket number and/or worldpay transaction number.

Please ensure you use a valid and current e-mail address when ordering, as you will recieve all confirmation and reference numbers relating to your purchase by e-mail. Retain these details until your order has been delivered and please quote these in any correspondence to us regarding your order.

Returning Unwanted Goods-No Quibble Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you change your mind we offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy provided that the goods are unopened and unused.

Any unopened items may be returned within 28 days of purchase for a full refund
